Powder diffractometer Panalytical X?Pert PRO

Powder diffractometer Panalytical X'Pert PRO

This powder diffractometer works in Bragg-Brentano geometry with Cu-Kα radiation. The sample holder is always in horizontal position. Spinning of the sample holder is possible, with an adjustable spinning rate. The height of the sample holder is accurate to 1 µm. Normal data collection times range from a few minutes to hours.

Powder diffractometer Panalytical X?Pert alpha1

Powder diffractometer Panalytical X'Pert alpha1

This powder diffractometer is set in Theta-2Theta geometry and equipped with a focusing Johansson Ge monochromator producing pure Cu-Kα1 radiation. Tube position is fixed while the PIXCEL detector is moving. The sample holder is rotated and accurate within 1 µm sample height position. Data collection times range from minutes to about 10 h for high quality data sets suitable for Rietveld refinements. Only ambient conditions room temperature measurements can be performed.

Single Crystal X-ray Diffractometer Bruker D8 VENTURE

Single Crystal X-ray diffractometer diffractometer Bruker D8 VENTURE

The D8 VENTURE hosts the experimental setup in a more spacious enclosure that also provides room for rotating anode and dual wavelengths solution. All systems feature the revolutionary PHOTON 100 CMOS detector.

Epsilon 3 X-ray fluorescence spectrometer

X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer: Panalytical Epsilon 3

The benchtop energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is used on bulk samples to quantify elements from sodium to uranium from ppm levels to 100%. The Omnian software allows for wt% quantification without the need of a standard.
